Last Soccer Game!!

Its an hour past. Crowds gone. Players at parties, celebrating. Coaches napping. Opponents recuperating. Reporters selling the story. Me? I stand. Smelling of sweat. Of pain, of effort, of determination. My one place to get away. My one place to forget the pain, the hurt, the falling short. The one place to be myself. To not worry, because I know it's the one place where when the grasses gets bent, they can straighten again, where even if the ball is kicked out of bounds, someone will always throw it back in, and where I know, for a fact, that it is just a game. That no matter what happens, everything can be repaired, promises kept, and castles rebuilt. My soccer field is my home.

Ready to pone this game??

Lets get pumped!!

  5. yeah!! we'll go down in history as the girls who gave Shakespeare a run for his money...not that we even know who he really was, a prince or a servant boy...so we really can't say a run for his money, cause we actually don't know if he had any...but for sake of argument...we gave him a run for him money :)

  6. Shakespeare definitely had money--there aren't many depictions of his face, but there was one, a painting, where it shows him wearing a large very intricately woven lace collar that surely would've cost anyone in that time (anyone in this time even) a lot of cash. So I'm going to take a chance and say that he wasn't exactly your average playwright who earned average playwright salary...but who cares how much money he had because however much he had, we are giving him a run for it!!! :P
